After your order

Your payment confirmation includes your order reference. We send tracking details when your goods dispatch; payment confirmation is not a dispatch notification.

Need a tracking update?

Email theteam@manholecoverstore.co.za with your ZA order reference and delivery postcode, or use our contact form. Do not include payment card details. We will check the delivery with the supplier or carrier.

Allow 2–4 working days for handling, then 7–14 working days in transit. Transit time is in addition to handling. Delivery is R200, free from R1,000 after discounts.
